  • I offer both medication management and therapy, either separately or together. Many clients find that a combined approach leads to more comprehensive and effective treatment.

  • Medication management involves evaluating symptoms, prescribing psychiatric medications when appropriate, and regularly monitoring effectiveness and side effects. Appointments focus on optimizing treatment while supporting your overall mental health goals.

  • No. Medication is always optional and discussed thoughtfully. Depending on your needs, treatment may include medication, therapy, or a combination of both.

  • Yes. I accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum/United. I offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. A sliding scale may be available.

  • Adults, young adults, and couples, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, relationship issues, stress-related concerns and LGBTQ+ mental health. I strive to offer affirming, culturally responsive care.

  • My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I believe treatment should be tailored to you—not the other way around—and grounded in both clinical expertise and your lived experience.

  • Yes. All services are available via a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your home.

    • Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last 60 minutes

    • Medication management follow-ups are usually 20–30 minutes

    • Therapy sessions are typically 45–50 minutes
